Our "Luke," the protagonist of the commercial (played by Denny Napoli) after a night spent looking for his new Mac on used device Web sites hears a voice-over calling him... It is the voice of a Smart Generation consultant warning him that on the site smartgeneration.co.uk he can find refurbished Apple devices, like new but at the price of used.
We immediately convinced him!
Our protagonist orders his Refurbished Apple device and in the blink of an eye he hears our courier ringing at the door.
The new MacBook has finally arrived and he unwraps it smilingly ready to discover all its features and test its performance.
The video ends with "Luke's" happiness and also with our extreme satisfaction for having succeeded in realizing his dream as well as that of dozens of customers who buy our Refurbished Apple devices every day and write to be helped in their choice.
The production of our commercial was entrusted to the marketing and communications agency Life Solution ADV and its entire staff.
