The standard 12-month warranty is already included on every Refurbished device, and you can take advantage of additional services that will get you up to 24 months of free service and express repair.

Our free service covers all possible hardware or software damage/defects, but does not cover accidental hardware damage, resulting from drops or liquid intrusion (each product has an internal temperature seal, which gets dirty if these are introduced inside the devices).

In the case of products with built-in battery and/or included accessories (charger, usb cable, headphones), since they are consumable goods and subject to daily wear and tear dependent on user use, the warranty on them is always limited to the first 30 days from the date of invoice/receipt.

Device coverage checks

To verify that an item is still covered by our Warranty, you can contact our customer service department via Phone, Email, Live Chat, or you can fill out the dedicated form in the "support" section , but before doing so, you must:

  • Check the date of purchase from the receipt/receipt or invoice issued
  • Make sure it is not a battery or power supply problem (covered for the first 30 days)
  • Verify that ourtamper-evident seal is still intact and has not been removed (in some cases it may be placed inside the item, so you will just need to not alter the device throughout the warranty period)

If you are unable to trace your purchase invoice, please contact us directly, we will be happy to help you in your search.
We do not keep track of receipts, once issued, it will be your responsibility to keep it.
In the absence of the original sales receipt, the warranty cannot be validated.

Please note: If you report a battery and/or charger malfunction (within the first 30 days), a desire for a withdrawal (within the first 14 days), or request service (near the end of the warranty period), you agree to ship the device no later than 5 days from the date of the report. After the 5 days have elapsed, if you have not shipped, you must request a new report and the new date of request will count. So be careful to meet the legally imposed deadlines, otherwise we will be unable to take action.

Integrity checks of the anti-breaking seal

In every Refurbished device sold by our company there is a warranty seal, which indicates that the product has been serviced and has thus been made eligible for sale online.

On laptops our seal is on the back and is easy to verify, but on other devices it is inserted in parts that are not easily visible and can only be verified by our technicians.

It is essential that it always remains intact during the warranty period, otherwise we will be unable to intervene free of charge, it is therefore of fundamental importance not to disassemble the devices or not have them checked by technicians outside our company.
