Enter the data and documents that are requested

You will be immediately taken to the SOISY finance page and asked to enter your personal information and upload some documents, to ascertain your eligibility for financing.

Digitally sign the contract

Once your loan application has been received and approved, you will receive within 24 hours the financial contract on which to affix your digital signature.

Receive confirmation in 24h from one of our operators

SOISY FINANCING FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS

The requirements for being able to pay in installments with Soisy are:

 

  • Be a natural person (no loans are granted to legal persons), 18 years of age or older, resident in Italy for at least 3 years
  • with regular and demonstrable income
  • With good creditworthiness (those who have had credit reports or protests with credit databases such as CRIF cannot apply for installment payments with Soisy)
  • with the availability of a bank account (you need to indicate an IBAN to which the automatic monthly installment payment will be debited, without bulletins or having to go to the post office).

Unfortunately, not everyone is eligible to complete a financial file, SOISY is a Bank of Italy-authorized lending institution that has access to databases on every potential customer applying for financing.

If you feel that your file has been rejected for no real reason, try getting in touch with SOISY customer service by logging into your personal area, or by writing to their email: supporto@soisy.it

In case you decide to return the product and have already paid part of the installments under your financial contract, the SOISY lending institution will refund the amount already paid into the payment account linked to your IBAN. To definitively bring the money into your bank account you will simply have to click on the "Transfer to Bank" button inside the SOISY portal.

For installment payments, you don't have to worry about anything: no post office bulletins, files at the post office, and zero paperwork; SOISY will automatically take the installment from the IBAN of the bank account you entered during registration, without you having to do anything.

 

You will pay the first installment starting 30 days after purchase. 

 

By entering your Soisy personal area, you can see your amortization schedule and the dates of each installment payment at any time.

 

If you want, you can also repay the loan early, without any penalty or additional cost: write to supporto@soisy.it because they will need to calculate the outstanding debt and check that the charge of the next installment to your bank has not already started. Bureaucratic and tedious stuff, in short, but SOISY will take care of it: they will get back to you by sending you an e-mail with all the details of the amount to be paid by bank transfer.
