From the more than 8,000 Italian-language and Italian-based e-commerce websites on the initial list, only 750 companies are then selected and divided into 11 macro-categories and then ranked within their own industry among the 63 sectors present.
The analysis is carried out through expert evaluation and a maxi-survey of 732,000 Italian customers, investigating each site through 36 criteria including: design, functionality, product presentation, service offered, purchase and delivery conditions.
